The ResEdit document "personal ppat's" contains a dozen different 64x64 pixel color patterns for your desktop. I made these ppat's by modifying and then coloring various clip art (I also drew some of them from scratch). The following ppat's are included:
"deer & trees" - deer wander around in a winter woods scene
"happy face" - send your Mac back to the sixties
"Let it snow" - snowflakes and snowmen cover the screen
"mallards" - duck hunters should like this one
"melody" - musical instruments and notes for music buffs
"money" - show the world how much a Mac obsession costs!
"more power" - tools cover the screen (for handymen and power users)
"penguins" - you might go blind trying to count them!
"pink elephants" - this one will make you sick the morning after
"skyline" - a city skyline at sunset (or is it sunrise?)
"stained glass" - rich colors in blues and purples
"stars and stripes" - for patriots
